Simon on the Streets is a West Yorkshire charity providing practical and emotional support to people experiencing homelessness and vulnerability. Led by CEO Natalie Moran, its outreach team works directly with people on the streets across Leeds and the wider region, building trust and offering support without judgement. The charity’s person-centred approach recognises that there is no quick fix to homelessness, so help is shaped around each individual and continues for as long as it is needed.
