About SAM Networking
Born in 2020 during COVID, SAM Networking was the natural next partner of SAM Marketing, born from the idea that whilst there are many business networking groups in Huddersfield, Bradford/Leeds and Halifax, none are run in such a way as the inimitable style as this.
At SAM Networking, we’re a very collaborative bunch. We love to support one another in our endeavours, offer our help and wisdom and generally be nice people to work with.
Being a member of SAM Networking you might use our network marketing group to complement your membership at another one. We’re all different and bring different elements to the party. And people are different, too. You may be very nervous about business networking, but don’t worry; we’re a friendly bunch. Find your happy place here.
Because it makes sense. Of all the network marketing groups in Huddersfield, Bradford/Leeds and Halifax, you won’t find one like this. Some charge extortionate prices, others force referrals, some don’t bother with referrals at all. But let’s face it, that’s what we all want. More business plain and simple with oodles of support along the way.
Why SAM
How Much
Business networking is a great way to enhance your business and tell everyone about what it is you do or sell. SAM Networking is very affordable at only £35 per month (No VAT, minimum contract of 12 months). If you leave SAM Networking before your 12 month initial membership, then an admin fee of £75 is payable to cover the admin and copywriting tasks required behind the scenes on your behalf. Additionally, a meeting fee is payable directly to the hotel (per meeting) to cover the room hire, all-day parking, drinks, and breakfast/lunch.
We take networking very seriously here. If you don’t attend regularly and undertake 121s, it likely won’t work for you. You must commit to at least 3 out of every 4 meetings a month. This is so you can engage with everyone in the group, get to know them properly, earn that all-important trust, and learn more about what everybody else has to offer so you can enable introductions and also have that reciprocated.
Online – Every Tuesday on Zoom, 8am-9am.
Breakfast groups – Every Wednesday (Bradford/Leeds), Thursday (Halifax) and Friday (Huddersfield), 7.15am until 9.00am.
Lunch group – Every Thursday, 11.15am until 1pm.
Though we do get very passionate about all things business networking, so sometimes run over by a few minutes! Feel free to hold 121s at the venue after the meeting, it’s a great way of getting to know your fellow members better. We allow one business per category to make it an even playing field, so please contact us to find out if your seat is still available! Seats are being filled quickly, so email sam@sam-networking.co.uk to check availability straight away.
All meeting locations are excellent for the motorway networks. Also great for holding meetings afterwards too or catching up on emails, as your meeting fee covers all day parking.

A conglomeration of extremely pleasant, local, very experienced and inspirational professionals (some start-ups too), motivating each other to do business, referring genuine potential business partners to each other through an enormous network of contacts and simply supporting one other with advice and wisdom when things can get tough.
All peppered with a little humour (who wants to attend a miserable business meeting?!) and some members just choosing to have a catch-up over a delicious breakfast/lunch and a cup of fresh coffee. Whatever works for you.
SAM Business Expos
My Expos are a little different to all the others.
Firstly, if it says 10am until 3pm. That’s precisely what happens. You can be safe in the knowledge that if you want to rock up at 2.30pm, then you can and we will all still be there, waiting to greet you!
Secondly, there won’t be oodles of the same types of business. Nobody wants to visit an Expo and be faced with 42 web developers or 17 solicitors, and the like. There will never be more than 2 or 3 of the same sector. Makes it interesting for everyone exhibiting and everyone visiting.

Networking > Make sure you allow a good few hours, as the 89 exhibitors are across 3 rooms, so you’ll need to make sure you have plenty of business cards and a lot of stamina to do lots of networking!
FREE PARKING > Thought it does get busy. The hotel staff will be available to help you find a space.
FREE BAG TO CARRY ALL YOUR MERCH > Collect this on arrival, along with a brochure explaining what’s what and where you can find everyone.
FOOD > The hotel have a restaurant on the ground floor, so if you want to make a day of it, grab a bite to eat, a coffee or something stronger, to keep you going!
